Cocktail Menu
B Spot Mary
One Sunday morning, we mixed together Lola ketchup, our signature balsamic steak sauce, and some other stuff we found in the fridge to see if we could come up with our own bloody mary mix. It made for a really relaxed lunch shift and the rest, as they say… Bspot bloody mary mix. Ketel One vodka. pickle bar skewer.
The Manhattan Project
One of the quintessential whiskey drinks with a couple of twists. Russel’s reserve rye. Averna Amaro. bitters. brandy-soaked miniature French cherries.
Wrong Island Iced Tea
So, it’s sorta like a Long Island Ice Tea and sorta not. It’s definitely a tasty beverage regardless of what island you find yourself on and packs more punch than your usual libation. Firefly sweet tea vodka. Jim Beam. Tanqueray gin. Grand Marnier. housemade lemonade. cola.
Oopsie Daisy
The oopsie daisy began it’s life on the drink list as something that tasted like Kool-Aid. After additional consideration, we decided to just do it. It’s rumored that this is the real reason Kool-Aid Man can bust through walls without feeling it. Maker’s Mark. Cherry Kool-Aid. sour cherry puree. Kool-Aid rum.
Bacon Old Fashioned
Customer service is crucial to success, you should shop and buy local whenever possible, and that everything is truly better with bacon. Housemade bacon-infused Jim Beam. sugar cube. brandied cherries. bitters. orange slice.
How Do You Like It?
Ever since FDR mixed them for his White House staff every day during “the children’s hour,” the dirty martini has occupied a classic and honored place in the pantheon of traditional cocktails. We’ve pretty much ruined that.
traditional dirty:
Stolichnaya vodka. Dirty Sue olive brine. blue cheese stuffed olives.
pickled dirty:
Bombay Sapphire gin. kosher garlic pickle brine. kosher pickle spear.
hot and dirty:
Stolichnaya vodka. pickled banana pepper brine.
Buster Brown
The kid makes shoes, keeps trying to popularize the pageboy haircut and sailor outfits as viable fashion options, loves his dog, and apparently also creates bourbon-based martinis…He’s unstoppable. Buffalo Trace bourbon. housemade lemonade. bitters. shaken, not stirred.
The Dude Abides
Whether you’re hitting the lanes to roll a few frames or not, we think the White Russian is like chocolate milk for grown-ups and our homage to The Dude. Stoli Vanil. Abita rootbeer. Kahlua. a splash of half & half.
Stormy Weather
There may be no sun in the Cleveland sky this time of year, but we hope this traditional concoction will help to warm you up and, just maybe, transport you to a port of call that’s not in the shadow of Browns Stadium. Myers dark rum. ginger beer. fresh lime. sugar cane stick. Crème de Noyaux. white crème de cocoa. half & half.
Rosemary Collins
There’s no funny little anecdote for this cocktail. It’s on the list because we felt it was just too tasty to not be. Bombay Sapphire gin. lemon juice. simple syrup. soda. bruised rosemary.
Apple Rum Rickey
Don’t tell some of the other drinks on the list, but the warm flavors mixed into a cool and refreshing cocktail make this one of our staff favorites. Tom’s Foolery Apple Jack. Bacardi rum. lime juice. soda.
Pink Squirrel
Our bar manager, Samuel, has evidently been watching too much of the show Mad Men and was insistent that we put this classic ‘50s martini on the menu. Crème de Noyaux. white crème de cocoa. half & half.
